The Ensisheim Meteorite Show is the only meteorite, tektite, and impactite dedicated trade show that attracts dealers and collectors from all over the world. In 2026 it celebrates its 26th anniversary and now hosts 110 dealer tables in 3 areas; the Regency building, the main tent (Chapiteau) and under the arcades.

Set in the historic Alsatian town of Ensisheim, near the Rhine plain and framed by the Vosges Mountains, the Ensisheim Meteorite Show has become the most important gathering of meteorite dealers, hunters, collectors, researchers, and institutions in the world. The town itself holds a unique place in meteoritic history. On 7 November 1492, a 127kg LL6 chondrite fell in a nearby field to become what is regarded as the oldest witnessed meteorite fall in Europe from which material still survives today. The now-famous 'Thunder Stone of Ensisheim' remains preserved in the Musée de la Régence (where the show takes place) and has drawn scholars, collectors, and enthusiasts to the town for centuries.

Alongside exceptional meteorites and newly recovered falls, the event features lectures, exhibitions, scientific presentations, and the traditional ceremonies of the Confrérie Saint-Georges des Gardiens de la Météorite d’Ensisheim (the guardians of the Ensisheim meteorite). With its combination of historic significance, international atmosphere, and deep connection to meteoritics, Ensisheim remains a pilgrimage destination for the global meteorite community.
