Where applicable, specimens are supplied with identification labels, provenance information, and our Certificate of Authenticity. We make every effort to ensure that classifications, localities, weights, dimensions, and other details are accurate, though minor variations and revisions may occasionally occur as scientific understanding evolves.
Orders are processed upon receipt of payment. All prices are displayed in your chosen currency at the current exchange rate, but will be processed in Euros at the moment of purchase. The rate may alter slightly between the initial inquiry and the actual moment of the transaction. In most cases this is just a few pennies. Prices and exchange rates are subject to change without notice.
By placing an order, the purchaser confirms that they are legally entitled to enter into a binding transaction and that all information provided during the checkout process is accurate and complete.

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping provider. We will always assist where possible in resolving shipping issues and providing supporting documentation when required.
Customers are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations of their own country. Any import duties, taxes, customs charges, inspection fees, or other costs associated with importing goods are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
We cannot guarantee delivery times for international shipments, as customs procedures vary between countries and remain outside our control.

Scientific understanding evolves over time, and classifications or interpretations may be revised as new information becomes available.
Such revisions do not affect the authenticity of an item but may affect how it is described or classified in future scientific literature.
Similarly, items are valued and priced based on the prevailing knowledge and values at the time of listing. If circumstances change that reduce the value of an item (or increase the value of an item), there will be no refunds nor surcharges resulting from this change of value, except where it is covered within our usual returns and refunds policy.
