We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with any accompanying labels, certificates, documentation, and original packaging where applicable. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns should not be sent without prior authorisation, as items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions regarding the return process and where to send your package.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if an item is damaged, defective, incomplete, or if you receive the wrong item.
Photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping materials may be requested to assist with any investigation, insurance claim, or resolution process.
We will always work with customers to reach a fair and reasonable outcome where a genuine problem has occurred.

Exchanges must be agreed upon before an item is returned.
Where an exchange has been approved, the replacement item will normally be dispatched after the original item has been received and inspected.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without providing a justification.
To qualify, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, including any labels, certificates, documentation, and original packaging where applicable. Proof of purchase will also be required.
This right does not affect any additional consumer rights that may apply under local law.
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are normally processed within 10 business days, although additional time may be required by banks, card issuers, or payment providers before the funds appear in your account.
Refunds are based on the original Euro amount received at the time of purchase. If payment was made in another currency, the final amount received may vary due to exchange-rate movements or fees charged by financial institutions, which are outside our control.
